First up, this was another shoot with Joel Akuwudike ( @capturedby.us ) on set as a production assistant. Joel is a real asset to the team. A big creative talent in his own right, he always works super hard, maxing out the opportunity to learn - and brings a positive and calm energy to the day. It means a LOT to me to create paid opportunities for younger creatives like Joel. Giving them invaluable on set experience, and the chance to further fast track their learning and career. It’s a win for everyone, and the future of our amazing industry. Big, big thanks to @frank_design85 and @badu_sports_ 😊
