I’ll be honest - a year ago, the idea of AI in my industry was filling me with fear.

The negative sustainability impacts of early stage AI go against everything I stand for environmentally too.

But I know I’m my least creative and least effective when fear is getting in the way.

So I took action. Learning more about AI for Good, Frugal AI - and behind the scenes working hard to integrate the latest AI into my creative workflows and art. More to come on that.

But I still felt overwhelmed....

I can’t believe it took me so long to connect the easy dots.  I needed to learn from someone who’s world class in this space.  And that is Hugo Pickford-Wardle. He’s been a leader in AI for 10+ years.

To quote Hugo - “I’ll learn 1st hand how to augment myself with AI tools to max out my impact and make my work more human at the same time”.... Now I’m excited!

Hugo is an exceptional human. We share a lot of core values around creating positive change with our work, and a thriving and equitable future.

So today I’m buzzing to have started a 12 week course on their AI Nightschool, with an exceptional group of people.

(And I love the fact I took me ages to write this with no AI).  Maxing out my wonderfully human ‘imperfections’. 🙂
